Tony Henstock MBACP

In addition to his Counselling and Psychotherapy practice, Tony provides supervision to other counsellors and coaches as part of their continuing professional development. He is a visiting lecturer in Further Education Colleges, teaching various Counselling courses. He also Lectures on Mental Health in a South Yorkshire NHS Psychiatric Hospital setting. He has worked for the NHS Sheffield Primary Care Trust in a GP Medical Practice offering brief focused Counselling, and for South West Yorkshire NHS Mental Health Trust, providing longer term ‘secondary care’ therapy in a psychiatric hospital setting.

He has also previously been involved as a volunteer with other 'helping' agencies including an under 19’s project and The Samaritans.

Tony is an individual member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and as such is bound by BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure for the time being in force.
