In addition to my Counselling and Psychotherapy practice, I provide supervision to other counsellors, coaches and others in the helping professions as part of their continuing professional development.

I have worked as a lecturer in Further Education Colleges, teaching various Counselling courses and also as a visiting lecturer teaching staff members on the subject of Community Mental Health, in a South Yorkshire NHS Psychiatric Hospital setting.

Prior to private practice I worked for the NHS Sheffield Primary Care Trust in a GP Medical Practice offering brief Counselling, and for South West Yorkshire NHS Mental Health Trust, providing longer term ‘secondary care’ therapy in a psychiatric hospital setting.

I am an individual member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) accredited register membership. In 2013 the BACP Register was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status with the Professional Standards Authority. All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
